Leamington (Holy Trinity) Scout Group

I am delighted to report that the Cub Scout Pack at 12th Leamington (Holy Trinity) has now opened and is welcoming new members. If you know of any boys or girls aged between 8 and 10.5 years who would like to join, please pass on the contact details below. The Cub Scout Pack meets on Thursday evenings between 6:00pm and 7:30pm in the Bethany Room. The Cub Scout Leader is Harry Robbins, who also helps with the Scout Troop. The number of members is expected to grow over the coming months, and already places have been reserved for members wishing to join when they become 10 years of age. Lots of exciting Cub Scout activities are planned, including a weekend Group Camp to be held in September.

The 12th Leamington (Holy Trinity) Scout Troop currently comprises approximately 20 girls and boys aged 10.5 to 14 years who meet on a Thursday evening from 7:00pm until 8:30pm in the Scout Cabin. The Scouts are very enthusiastic and enjoy a wide range of activities from cooking and first aid to canoeing and hiking. Currently they are looking forward to their one-week summer camp in the New Forest at the end of May. Further details may be found on the Groupís web site:

The Group now plans to start a Beaver Scout Colony, providing fun and adventure for boys and girls aged 6 to 8 years. If you, or anyone you know, would be willing to help on the leadership teams of the new Beaver and Cub sections, please do let me know. Being a leader or helper is actually great fun and personally rewarding. All training is provided. Please think about it. It would be great to have you on board.
